Truss is a Movement Skill that, once activated, will build a truss.

The truss lasts for around 15 seconds before disappearing, and works similarly to the Ice Tower, with the exception of being spawned in front of the player rather than underneath. It has exactly 100% uptime.

When supercharged, the created truss is even taller, and the cooldown is reduced to 10 seconds. Players can easily climb to the top of the map, as the uptime is approximately 150%.

Tips and Tricks

• If you ragdoll and fall on your back, you can use it as a bridge because the truss will be on its side.
  • This can help you cross wide gaps.
• This skill is especially handy when you get stuck in a hole.
  • Even if it does not reach the top, it can still keep you from falling into any lava below.
• Other players can also use trusses you place, and vice versa.
  • Be careful as you may be vulnerable to players with Offensive Skills while climbing.
    • If you don't want this to happen, you could stand at the top of the truss to make it harder for others to get up. Be aware that some people could use skills which have a bigger radius, such as Fireball.
• Use this to quickly get away from bombs on the ground.
  • Trusses placed using this skill cannot be destroyed or flung by explosions, so don't be afraid to place one just above an explosion.
• Placed truss synergize very well with other skills or perks such as Double Jump and Wings to allow you to reach the top of the map easily.
• It is possible to get to the top of the map without using quick charge.
  • However, it requires precise timing to do so, as the cooldown is as long as the truss's lifespan.

Trivia

• The Truss is known as the default ladder back in the classic days of Roblox.
• Trusses cannot collide with terrain.
  • This will usually cause parts caught inside a Truss to glitch out slightly.
• With Quick Charge equipped, the skill recharges before the truss disappears, allowing you to easily reach the skybox.
