Dial-up Bombs are one of the rarest bombs. They repeatedly change meshes and sparkle black squares. They produce a dial-up internet sound on spawn, beep, and explosion. On explosion, they trigger a random effect. Whether they electrocute terrains, blind players or anything they do.
